She has been consistently training at Champions for over 5 years and has always been one of the hardest working students! She's Always challenging herself to get better, pushing through obstacles and injuries , staying on top of her training in the Summer, and keeping up with her sparring as well!
She is always a pleasure to teach!

Champions BJJ Class

Today we worked on,Maintaining back position while your partners attempts to escape. Also worked on the bow and arrow choke.

Thank you Coach Chris Chris Capony for an awesome class and teaching the next Generation.

Shoutout to Owen and Amirali for being awesome students and challenging themselves to learn and train two different martial arts!
