Jenna came to us about a year ago and at the beginning of our training was worried about re-injury and was naturally pre-cautious. Once we got over that hump Jenna has been unlocking levels of strength slowly but surely. She has gained a lot more confidence it what was once her bunk knee and has really taken on all the modalities we have to offer here at our little cave of pain including:
Strengthcamp
ELDOA
Pilates
The Athletic Stretch
BreathCamp
The 50/50

What is ELDOA you ask? Here’s a snippet

ELDOAs are postural self-normalising techniques designed for widening the space within a chosen articulation. This is accomplished by creating fascial tension to fix the vertebra below and contraction in extreme range to normalise the vertebra above the targeted disc.
