MAD WORLD was made in September 2020 in collaboration with my adult contemporary dance students. When my studio, OneDance Creative Art Centre, shut down, this project took shape. It was made in part for our mental health, and also to stay connected in some way with each other. Many of these women are friends who have danced with me for many years. We decided to record this song and this movement. It is imperfect but it is our expression of this time that we are living in. It is a project of hope, (please be kind).
