One of our own is chasing the 2027 Pan-Am Olympic Games, and we need your support to help him get there.

Fernando Aguilera trains right here at Tiger’s Eye Academy. He’s a 3x consecutive Senior Canadian National Gold Medalist who has earned the right to represent Canada at the Pan-American Championships, the Pan-Am Olympic Qualifier, and the Commonwealth Championships this season.
Here’s the thing, karate receives almost no financial backing at the national level. Fernando covers 100% of his own travel, registration, and competition costs. In 2024, he had to forfeit his spot at the Pan-Ams because he couldn’t afford to go. Last year, community support changed that, and he came home with a bronze medal.
This year, the goal is bigger: qualifying for the 2027 Pan-Am Games in Lima. Help us get him there.
