We’re excited to introduce Sean as the newest member of the RK4 team!

Sean is a CSEP certified personal trainer from North Vancouver with a lifelong background in sports and fitness. He competed in basketball at the provincial level, which sparked his passion for athletic performance, injury prevention, and strength training. Currently in his final year of Kinesiology at the University of Victoria, Sean combines his academic knowledge with real-world athletic experience to help RK4 clients move better, get stronger, and achieve their personal goals.

Congratulations to and Team Canada on winning the Women’s World U18 Championship! A gold medal, defender of the tournament, and a record…..not too shabby!! So proud of your accomplishments and hard work Chloe! 👊🏻
