Registration is now open for our July & August Sunday sessions for beginners.

Aimed at swimmers aged 6-10, this entry level program will introduce girls and boys to fundamental land training and artistic swimming skills.

We are offering three options at West Vancouver Aquatic Centre.

Sundays, 11:15 am to 1 pm including 45 minutes land training and 1 hour in pool.

4 sessions: July 5, 12, 19 and 26 ($120)
5 sessions: August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 ($150)
All 9 sessions ($225)

Note that sessions require minimum registration targets to be met to operate as planned.

We are so proud of Teagan and Elli for their accomplishments this season and qualifying for Championships. We are sad to share that Elli will be travelling without her teammate Teagan who had to withdraw from training due to injury. It’s been an amazing adventure this season and we wish Elli the very best on Friday for her Jr Free Solo event. Tune in around 10 am PST so you don’t miss her!

Next month we invite athletes 10 or older to join our short term skill development program. Over 5 sessions coaches will lead athletes through required skills in the limited competitive and provincial stream programs and offer feedback to athletes with recommendations for next season.

Programming and evaluation is based on Canada Artistic Swimming’s Long Term Athlete Development Training: Learn to Train stage.
