On Sunday, we hosted a meet-up and group workout session for our local clients in the GTA.
Every time Team Truth comes together, itโs a reminder of the strength we can all find in community and mutual support. Being surrounded by like-minded, goal-driven people is so highly motivating!

In 2024, Alex competed in the transformation category at Summer Shredding and it became clear that he has huge potential in natural bodybuilding.
The pics on the left were taken a year ago, after his post-show recovery, with bodyweight sitting in the low-190s.
We then kickstarted a long-term building phase to increase muscle mass, eyeing a return to competition in 2027.

Our plan is to do a short fat loss phase to start the new year, and then spend 2026 unlocking more muscle growth.
In 2027, Alex will still be eligible to compete as a junior, and weโre extremely optimistic about his season outlook - setting a goal to make it to nationals.
At only 21 years old, Alexโs development is incredible - and a perfect example of how it pays off to invest a lot of time into productive training and strong foundations.
Not only is his physique development progressing, his lifts are too. Heโs among our strongest clients - close stance squatting 315 for reps and dumbbell pressing with the 105s.
This past year, Alex was also finishing his last year of university and enjoying the lifestyle and social events that come with it. We didnโt focus on perfect ex*****on, we focused on consistent effort - understanding any tradeoffs but continuing to chase and make progress.
