This week we welcome Shannon back to the channel.
Two months ago, Shannon woke up with a kink in her neck that just wouldn’t go away. Despite trying acupuncture and other treatments, nothing seemed to work.
On top of that, Shannon has been dealing with sacralization (L5-S1 fusion), long-term SI joint pain, and chronic low back pain that has impacted both her training and daily life.
