All Octa adults from every location are invited to join us Saturday, June 13 at 1 PM in Oakville (TBC). Grading is where our community shows up, supports each other, and celebrates the work put in on the mats.

Open mat start around 2 PM — come cheer, train, and vibe with the team.

Our coaches will be at the tournament supporting our competitors as they represent the team on the mats. 🥋🏆

NEW TAKEDOWN CLASSES IN MISSISSAUGA 🔥

We’re excited to announce new takedown classes open to all adult students!

🤼 Wrestling with Musa — Saturdays at 12:00 PM
🥋 Judo with Juan — Sundays at 9:00 AM

These classes are open to adult members from all Octa schools, so come through, sharpen your skills, and level up your game.
