I remember when I started working out 13 years ago I was the smallest kid.
I was so skinny and weak. I couldnโt even do 1 pull ups!
Looking back at where I was physically years ago..compared to now, itโs CRAZY to see the TRANSFORMATION!
Thereโs a BIG difference from all the HARD WORK, DEDICATION, TIME, & SACRIFICES I put in!
Iโve been grinding so hard for the past 13+ years and I donโt plan on stopping. Whenever my momentum slows down, and I feel comfortable, I distance myself from that comfort so I can get back to the grind.
I fear contentment because I want to always be growing. Itโs the HUNGER for MORE that KEEPS ME GOING! ๐คโ๐ฝ๐ฆพ๐ฅ๐ฅโ
