Team C Johnston

This season was the last season together for Charlotte, Julia, Scotia and Brooklyn. Team Johnston has had an amazing 4 years together and have decided next year we are going down different paths in our curling careers.

We have accomplished so much as a team and are so proud of everything we have done together.

We would like to thank all of our amazing coaches that have helped us on our journey. Tony has been by our side all the way. His amazing support and insights have not gone unnoticed. We appreciate everything he has helped us do. To Jennifer that has helped us grow as players. To Tim for helping us with strategies and sharing his knowledge with us. A huge thank you for helping us reach our goals and dreams.

We have amazing sponsors that have supported us from the beginning and some that joined us along our way. Without sponsors we could not have accomplished what we did at the levels we competed at.

To our families, THANK YOU. For running us around, supporting us, cheering us on, helping pay the expenses. You guys are amazing and we can’t thank you enough for being there for all of us.

We have had an amazing run and wouldn’t trade it for the world. Everyones support has not gone unnoticed and we appreciate it all. Although we may no longer be an official team on the ice, we have became family and wish everyone the best in the rest of their curling careers

Our game scheduled for 4:30pm today was cancelled as Team Northern Ontario was unable to play due to illness.

Not the result they were looking for but happy they were able to finish the game with all four. The loss means they have to play one more game for national standings. One last chance to see these incredible girls on the ice at 4:30 tomorrow.

With Charlotte out to start and Scotia after 4th end break, Brooklyn, Julia, and Jenna finished up for the win! Back on the ice at 8pm!

Back on the ice at 12pm in a rematch against Team New Brunswick (1). We will be streaming it here.

Heartbreaking end, with a 6-5 loss to Team Alberta. A 3-3 record drops the girls out of contention. Still an opportunity in the consolation final. Tomorrow’s Draws have not been posted yet. Will let you know as soon as we do.
