🌟 Our May SuperNova: Rosalind Messer 🌟
Rosalind has been an inspiring presence at Nova, showing up twice a week since 2018 and making her health a priority next to work and family.
This past year brought some new challenges, including a broken toe and a frozen shoulder 🥶
Her commitment to continuing despite her limitations, played a huge role in her ability to heal faster and come back stronger.
Now post-recovery, Rosalind has shifted her focus toward building full body strength again, and the results are already showing. 💪🏻
Rosalind works with Coach Courtney, who has created a strength program tailored exactly to what Rosalind needs.
Inspired by Blue Zone principles, she is focused on living a life rooted in strength, purpose, meaningful relationships and wellness.
Since joining Nova, she’s experienced increased energy levels and credits her fitness foundation as a key factor in her recovery, stress resilience and overall quality of life.

Matt has recently accomplished:
⬆️ Doubling his Bench Press
⬆️ Beating his Barbell Squats PR
➕ Increasing muscle mass by 2.0Lbs
Matt trains with Coach David, who we’d also like to celebrate for Matt’s SuperNova this month!
He mentions David in his interview…
“My number One goal is just to survive whatever workout Coach David comes up with”
Matt is motivated most of all by his wife and his niece.
He wants to live a long, happy and healthy life for the people he loves most.
But when summer rolls around, Matt -just like most of us, struggles with saying no to ice cream 🍦
“Certainly, the hardest this is to limit the amount of ice cream, which is one of my favorite vices.”

We would like to extend our biggest congratulations to Coach Matt on completing his program at the Canadian academy of osteopathy in March 2026.
Now he is a licensed practicing Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
After 8 years of schooling combining his health science and Osteopathy education, Matthew is ready to use his extensive knowledge of the human body and the way it moves to further aid his patients and clients to ensure they are set up in the best possible position to reach their health and wellness goals.
