What do I do at night to help be successful

In order for you to understand who I am, you need to understand where I have been.
I grew up in a house where food was a reward. We indulged and ignored our genetics. Naturally, this left me overweight my entire life. Sure, I played sports… but I did not eat to support the movement I was getting in.
I did not like the way I looked. I was too young to have these kinds of issues. Something needed to change.
I began working out harder and harder. I got stronger and stronger. BUT I still did not change what I ate.
A kind gesture from a gym teacher changed it all. He gave me a book on nutrition. As I said, I did not grow up in a home where this was stressed...so this was it! I made a choice. The weight was coming off before college that fall.
70 POUNDS LATER… I began college with my head held high.
This journey HAD to happen for me to get where I am now.
This year has been very hard on a lot of us, I want to offer you that symbolic “book” while you are at home.
If you are an athlete, I want to help you get to that next level.
If you have a few pounds to lose I want to share what I know with you.
I do not want a pandemic or a challenging upbringing to keep you from knowing -
YOU ARE WORTH IT.

As Halton slowly reopens, we have created a safe space for our clients to train, while meeting public health guidelines. We have implemented new standards that will be updated as we monitor public health guidelines to ensure the best, and safest possible experience for everyone at Conker.

Hello all!
With some similar businesses (chiro, massage, physio..etc) starting to open, we will keep everyone posted on when we will be able to open again.
While we are waiting, we are doing some small cosmetic changes throughout the gym, as well as new toys that we will all be able to play with.
We hope everyone has been using this forced downtime to keep up with your health, focusing on your mobility and letting injuries heal!
Fingers crossed that we will see all of you soon.
