Yoga, Hot Yoga, Ashtanga (Mysore), Pilates (Mat + Equipment: Reformer/Tower/Chair), Lagree-inspired, Barre, TRX, Meditation + Breathwork, Workshops, and wellness services. Our showers and change rooms are complete with all the amenities required to get you efficiently back to your day. Come by for a visit anytime! In addition to Yoga and Mat Pilates classes, we also offer Pilates equipment classes
