Clean sweep Saturday! 🏉🚨

Another weekend of rugby in the books and another successful round for our Senior sides! Our Senior Men’s 3rd XV opened the away day at Sherwood Forest Park with a 30-15 triumph, followed by our Senior Men’s 2nd XV claiming a 38-7 victory of their own! Then, our Senior Men’s 1st XV knocked off the league-leading Burlington Centaurs by a score of 28-12, bringing the BurlOak Cup back to Oakville and claiming the top spot in the Marshall Premiership!

Meanwhile, a forfeit from the Stoney Creek Camels saw our Senior Women claim a 20-0 victory!

Looking forward, our Senior Women host the Norfolk Harvesters this weekend in their final regular season fixture, while our Senior Men’s sides have a break in play!

It all kicks off TONIGHT, as Bohunt School Wokingham rolls into Crusaders Park from the UK! Three kickoffs, three age grades, and one very busy park! Our U14 Boys open at 6:30 pm, our U16 Girls take over at 7:30 pm, and our U18 Boys close things out at 8:30 pm!

Friday night keeps it going under the lights, as our U16 Boys host the Aurora Barbarians in a doubleheader! U16 Regional kick things off at 6:30 pm, with our U16 Provincial following at 7:30 pm!

Before our older ages get going on Saturday, it’s all about our smallest Crusaders! The Minis Tournament kicks off at 9:00 am, with our U8, U10, and U12 co-ed teams turning Cru Park into pure chaos in the best way! Come for the rugby, stay for the future of the club running around in oversized jerseys!

After our Minis conquer the pitch, our U14 Girls host Waterloo/Guelph at 9:30 am, followed by our U14 Boys against Waterloo/Guelph and Brantford at 11:00 am! Meanwhile, our U16 Girls hit the road to take on Barrie RFC!

Then, our Senior Women take centre stage, hosting the Stoney Creek Camels at 2:00 pm in NRU Premiership action, capping the day at Cru Park the way it deserves! Bar’s open all day, entry’s free, and the food truck will be parked and ready!

Right alongside it, our Senior Men make the short trip down the QEW to Sherwood Forest Park, for a clash of the titans with the Burlington Centaurs across all three grades! With the Burloak Cup on the line and first place in the Marshall Premiership 1XV table hanging in the balance, this one has everything on the line!

Just when you thought the weekend was wrapped up, Croesyceiliog School makes the trip from the UK to battle it out with our U16 Boys at 11:00 am! A proper send-off to a massive weekend of rugby!

Due to the current Air Quality Health Index, tonight’s U18 Girls and Boys fixtures have been cancelled. Please stay safe, limit time outdoors, and check in on family and teammates who may be more sensitive to poor air quality. Coaches will be in touch directly with updates on the rest of tonight’s programming, so keep an eye on your team chats.

In the meantime, the clubhouse is a good place to be! The bar’s open and the big screen’s on for England vs Argentina in the FIFA World Cup semi-final, 3:00 pm kickoff! Come inside, out of the air, and cheer on your side with us!

Our 2026 Minis Tournament hits Crusaders Park this Saturday, July 18th for a day full of tries and cheers!

A food truck will be on site all day, so come hungry! And don’t pack up too early… stick around for our U14 Boys and Girls and Senior Women all in action!

Weekend Rugby Recap! 🏉🚨

Break out the brooms! It was another successful Saturday at Crusaders Park, as all three of our Senior teams emerged victorious!

Our Senior Women kicked off the day with a statement 39-24 win over the league-leading Hamilton Hornets! Then, our Senior Men’s 2nd XV followed it up with a dominant win of their own, taking down Waterloo County by a score of 83-12! Finally, our Senior Men’s 1st XV wrapped up the day with a 57-17 triumph over Waterloo to solidify the Senior sweep on the day!

All attention turns to this weekend now, as our Senior Women host the Stoney Creek Camels at Cru Park, while our Senior Men’s sides make the short trip to Burlington for a clash of the titans affair with the Centaurs!

We’ve got a full house at Cru Park this Saturday! 🏡🏉

Our Senior Women open things up against the Hamilton Hornets at 12:30 pm, then Waterloo County comes to town for a doubleheader as our Senior Men’s 2nd XV and 1st XV take them on at 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm!

We’re also working to slot our Senior Men’s 3rd XV in at 12:30 pm, so keep an eye out, because this could end up being four sides of Cru on display before the sun goes down!

Free entry, open to the public, and there’s no bad seat in the house! We’ll see you Saturday!
