One year ago, Athletic Leaders opened its doors in Oakville.

To celebrate, we’re opening 6-Week Anniversary Challenge spots at $199 — normally $300.

🔹 4 coached sessions/week
🔹 StrongFirst-based strength + fat loss programming
🔹 Real coaching. Real community. Real results.
🔹 Start and end benchmarks so you see exactly what changed

This isn’t a bootcamp. It’s not a fad. It’s the same method that got us here — now open to you.

Spots are capped. This price disappears when the challenge fills — or when September ends.

📩 DM STRONG to claim your spot.

All summer, no shortcuts. 💪💪🏿

Noah and Jaxon put in the work — and now it’s showing up where it matters: on the basketball court.

This summer wasn’t about one skill. It was about building complete athletes from the ground up:

🔹 **Strength** — the foundation everything else is built on. Stronger muscles and connective tissue mean more force production, better body control, and fewer injuries when the game gets physical.

🔹 **Power** — strength is useless if you can’t apply it fast. Power is how strength translates onto the hardwood — explosive first steps, higher verticals, quicker reactions off the ball.

🔹 **Speed** — the separator. When two players are equally skilled, the faster one wins the race to the rebound, the loose ball, the open lane.

The result? You can see it in how they move now — faster, stronger, more explosive, more confident. That’s the transfer from the gym to the game.

Proud of the work these two put in this summer. This is just the beginning. 🏀🔥

Monday’s the day the weak version of you doesn’t show up. 💪🏿💪

Today at Athletic Leaders: heavy deadlifts 🏋️, jumps that actually demand you land like you mean it, double kettlebells that don’t care about your excuses 🔥, and a finisher that leaves your core wondering what happened 😤. No fluff. No filler exercises. Just work that earns you something.

I’ve been coaching for over 20 years, and the people who stick around aren’t the ones who started strong — they’re the ones who showed up on the Mondays they didn’t feel like it. 👊

If you’re tired of workouts that don’t go anywhere, come see what training with purpose actually feels like.

Comment “STRONG” 🗣️ and we’ll get you on the schedule.

Strength doesn’t have to fade after 40. It’s a choice. 💪🏿

After 40, most people start losing muscle, bone density, and metabolic rate — unless they train against it. The research is clear: strength training after 40 preserves muscle mass, protects joints, improves bone density, and keeps your metabolism working for you instead of against you.

But it’s not just the numbers. It’s what it does for you day to day:

✅ Carrying groceries without thinking twice
✅ Keeping up with your kids or grandkids
✅ Standing taller, moving easier, sleeping better
✅ That quiet confidence that comes from knowing your body still works

And the feeling? There’s nothing like walking out of a session having lifted more than you thought you could at this age. That’s not vanity — that’s proof.

Here’s how we build it at Athletic Leaders:
Our strength programming is structured, not random. We coach the fundamentals — squat, hinge, press, pull — with progressive loading and real coaching cues, so every session builds on the last. No guesswork, no wasted reps. Just a system built to make you stronger, safer, and more capable in real life — not just in the gym.

Strength after 40 isn’t about chasing your 20s. It’s about building a body that keeps showing up for you, decade after decade.

If you’re in Oakville and you’re tired of starting over every Monday, read this. 👇

We’re opening 20 spots in our September Strength Cycle. Here’s exactly what you get:

✅ 3x coached group sessions per week — real coaching, not a playlist and a nod
✅ A structured strength program built on 20+ years of proven methodology (not random workouts pulled from Instagram)
✅ A community that shows up for you and notices when you don’t
✅ A brand new training environment, built for this exact program
✅ A clear 8-week benchmark — you’ll know exactly how much stronger you got, not just “feel it”

You already know what you’re capable of. You’ve just been carrying it alone, doing it inconsistently, or not doing it at all. That ends this September.

Strength isn’t given to you. It’s built — one session, one rep, one week at a time, next to people who won’t let you quit on yourself. Eight weeks from now, you could be the same. Or you could be stronger than you’ve been in years, moving better, standing taller, and proud of what you did with your time.

You’ve made excuses before. This time, make it easy on yourself. The hardest part is the first DM.

At 35, your body starts doing something nobody warns you about. 💪

After 30, you lose 3–5% of your muscle mass every decade. Most men lose about 30% of it over a lifetime. That’s not just about how you look in a t-shirt — it’s fracture risk, it’s mobility, it’s still being able to keep up with your kids (or grandkids) at 60.

Here’s the part nobody tells you: it’s reversible. Men aged 50–83 who started proper resistance training gained lean muscle back — at any age. And the longevity data is wild: 90–120 min/week of strength training is linked to 13% lower risk of death from any cause, 19% lower cardiovascular death risk, and up to 45% lower when you pair it with cardio. 📈

Yet only about 55% of Canadian adults are even hitting the strength-training guidelines. Most people who need this most… aren’t doing it.

That’s exactly why we built Athletic Leaders here in Oakville 🇨🇦 — coached strength training for people 35+ who want to be strong, capable, and injury-free for decades, not just for summer.
