Not my best meet. But I’ll take it.

507 squat. 390 bench. 650 deadlift.

1st place. Best Masters Lifter. And still… I know there’s more in the tank.

I missed my last bench. Missed my last deadlift. That stays with me. Not as regret — but as fuel.

A few days of rest. Then back to work. Fix what needs fixing. Come back better.
