On the mat, we remember: nothing stays the same.
Not the breath. Not the body. Not the mind.
Everything moves.
Everything shifts.
Everything passes.
What feels steady today might not feel the same tomorrow.
No need to resist it. Just learn to stay with it.
Yoga is practice in letting go of what was,
so there is space for what is becoming.
In change, there is space.
In impermanence, there is ease.
Breathe in. Let it move.
Breathe out. Let it go.
And so it is.
