Solo Respira Yoga and Doula Services

I’ve been pretty quiet over here at Solo Respira. But not without good reason. A few weeks back I accepted an offer to join Hamilton Urban Core as their new Cultural Doula. The decision was a bit tough for me to make, having owned my own business for a few years now, but I know I’ve made a good choice. Our new program Obodo Maternal Care will help so many individuals in the Hamilton Community.
I have been pivoting my business to incorporate more ways to help serve the underserved communities for a while now and this move made sense to me. Building projects from the ground up give us a sense of joy and purpose and I can already see the benefits it’s made in the people we support.

Today was bring your child to work a postpartum shift. Did you get the memo? Cause neither did I lol. But we had a great time hanging out with some of our besties and spending time together today.
