Scrolling late into the night keeps your brain stimulated when it should be winding down. The blue light from your phone can delay melatonin release, making it harder to fall into deep, restorative sleep.
Eating late does something similar. Your body shifts into digestion mode instead of recovery mode, which can disrupt your natural sleep cycles and leave you feeling unrested.
So if you’re doing “everything right” but still feel tired, take a look at what’s happening before your head hits the pillow.
