Using a yoga block is a simple way to help activate the pelvic floor and inner thighs while performing everyday strength exercises.
Try these 3 movements:
1️⃣ Squat + Block Squeeze
Improves lower body strength while training pelvic stability.
2️⃣ Glute Bridge + Block Squeeze
Targets glutes and pelvic floor together for better support.
3️⃣ Wall Sit + Block Squeeze
Helps activate pelvic floor and deep core.
Focus on gently squeezing the block while lifting and engaging your pelvic floor muscles.
Small muscles. Big impact.
