and at-home training services. I graduate in April 2016 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Exercise Science & Health Promotion, with honors. I have 12 years experience leading fitness classes of all kinds, including kickboxercise, bootcamps, muscle pump and strength & conditioning. Several courses on 'group fitness leadership' and 'advanced concepts of strength & conditioning' were successfully completed as part of my degree. Fitness assessment, lifestyle and nutrition counseling, and exercise prescription for special populations and chronic illness were all courses successfully completed throughout my degree. I have 15 years extensive experience in martial arts training and teaching. I earned my black belt in 2007, and my second degree black belt in 2010. Martial arts teaching experience includes kids and adults of all ages (4-65+), and athletes of all ability levels. Custom programs can be designed, and are custom to each client's particular needs or limitations. They can range from a 4 week simple program, to a 6-12 month progressive program geared to specific goals and including initial, progress, and final assessment and testing. Sean's Fitness and Health can come to your home or preferred location to perform training and counseling services. Would you like to work out at home before or after work? no problem with SFH services. Sport specific means a program will be designed to meet the very specific demands of your sport or activity. Many people like to supplement their sport with strength and conditioning training that will improve in-game strength, speed, and endurance.

Working with a trainer increases the effectiveness of your strength & conditioning workouts, and decreases the likelihood of injury, so long as exercise prescription is appropriate!
While many people may assume their chronic disease stops them from exercising, it is often actually beneficial, and can limit pain while improving physical abilities.
