On-Demand Class videos are available for home practice support. We teach a Mindfulness based Hatha yoga inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli. This type of yoga is available to every body. We also specialize in Restorative yoga and teach private a group Therapeutic Yoga sessions. We offer an ongoing Mindfulness Lectures Series for those who wish to deepen their understanding of Mindfulness Meditation and for those who wish to learn how to live a more mindful life.
