A little hopping up and down on either side.

We've spent the past few weeks reinforcing groundwork after he was turned out for a couple months out on pasture. Encouraging him to open up and engage in training sessions. He is almost ready to get back to riding.

Circingle today, as a step towards getting a saddle on.

We've spent the last week desensitizing with the saddle to help him get over his fear. Today we switched to a circingle to let him get used to the feel of a cinch without overloading him with that experience on top of putting a saddle on.

Practice with touching front legs and an introduction to picking his feet up.

Getting back to saddling after a few days of reinforcing groundwork. We circled back to known concepts after the first two rides to give him time to process the experience.
