Just a reminder that tonight is the last scheduled cancellation for the season for youth and adult badminton, as there is a PD day today and the gym is not available to us tonight.

Well winter and badminton are just not working together as the Dufferin schools are again closed today- hence cancellation of youth and adult badminton tonight.
We specifically asked for the good winter weather on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but Mother Nature seems to be ignoring our requests 😥

Hi all - Due to the challenges around weather cancellations and the subsequent difficulty posting tournament sign-ups we have made the decision to postpone our tournaments until the weather is a little more reliable - Likely the last week of March or 1st week of April.

Tonight will be normal badminton play for all members and the youth badminton will be on at 6 pm as usual.

We will post new dates here and will contact those who have already signed up directly with the new dates.

The school board has closed schools again today so no Badminton tonight.

Men’s doubles tournament will be rescheduled for a later date 🙁

Have you ever wanted to try outdoor night-time winter Badminton?

If so, tonight would be good to try in your backyard since the school Board has closed the high school Gym today / tonight. 😭

Reminder – Badminton starts up again tonight at 7 PM at the double gym. No more scheduled cancellations until school closure during March break.
