Programming update: With the good weather finally here and summer activities ramping up, we will put the Sunday kids' fitness classes on hold. We will post here when we will resume in the fall! Thanks for your support and have a great summer everyone!
Anyone interested in boxing classes for teenagers to adults?? A few people have expressed interested in Tuesday and/or Thursday nights 7:30-8:30. If we can get enough people let’s get some gloves on!
For anyone who’s in town and looking for an activity for your kids, kids’ class is ON tomorrow at 09:00!
