I did a thing! I updated my website (almost all by myself) but more importantly... I did it because I am teaching regular classes again starting this APRIL! I will be at Hereward Farms in the Lavendar Lounge every Tuesday night starting April 2 and at Yogariffic... the 6am classes are baaaack!!! Starting Wednesday April 3 and then avery Monday and Wednesday for the month! For those of you that have been asking about retreats, I have SIX lined up at the exquisite Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre starting in April! Please check out my website and reach out with any questions. After the second miracle, I decided to become a certified yoga instructor through Modo (formerly Moksha) and have been sharing the power and peace of this incredible practice for the past ten years. 

Happy Friday, lovelies! If you have not been to the Lavender Lounge, I proimise you will love it! Julie of Hereward Farms donates her exquisite space for Friday night yoga every week so that the class costs what students wish to pay (you pay what you wish/what you can). It is warm and cozy, the scent of lavender infuses the room, there is a fire going, and a ridiculous orange cat named Gordie (seems not to be an allergy trigger: I am highly allergic and I haven't sneexed yet!). The people are lovely and the class is accesible (any age or ability). Would love to see you there!
