Blaze Performance Training

Today it was off to Wasaga Beach for the End of Summer Showdown at RecPlex! The crowd was loud and boisterous, making for a great atmosphere and energy! Diogo and Mark both put on a great show, and special congratulations to Mark for winning via first round knockout! We caught up with Mark’s opponent afterward and we are relieved he’s ok. Many thanks to Twin Tiger Boxing Academy and everyone involved in putting this great event together, and as always thanks to our Blaze family for coming out to cheer on our team! 🥊💪🔥

We were in Brampton last night for T-Rock’s Summer Heat event! Jesse “The Bull” Greene 27 took part in the amateur boxing showcase. He performed really well, pressing forward consistently, showing great athleticism and a variety of skills, but unfortunately the split decision went in his opponent’s favour. In the night’s headliner, our good friend Joshua HellRazor Frazer dazzled the crowd and finished his opponent in the first round with a devastating body shot! Congrats to all involved for terrific performances and a great night of boxing, and special congrats to Josh for keeping his streak rolling with another big KO victory! 🥊💪🔥

Today was the third and final day of the 2026 BOXING ONTARIO NOVICE TOURNAMENT in London, and it was Ethan’s turn to shine in the finals! He turned in another great performance, maintaining a high pace and showing a great variety of skills in an intense match, earning the win and another gold medal to his growing collection! Congratulations Ethan! Thanks to BOOMERZ BOXING CLUB and Boxing Ontario for putting on another huge and well organized event, thanks to our boxers for always making us proud, and thanks to all the friends and family who support us and our boxers on our journey! What a day in London at the Ontario Novice Tournament! Diogo was up first and had a great match against a strong and fast opponent, and unfortunately the narrow split decision went the other way. Then it was Angelo for his first official bout, and it was an absolute war that went back and forth with standing rights on both sides! In the end Angelo won via split decision, but it left both fighters so completely spent that Angelo is not cleared by the doctors to continue in the tournament. Great, gutsy performances by both our boxers! We couldn’t be more proud. Tomorrow will be a rest day, then back in the ring Sunday! 🥊💪🔥

Yesterday we headed out to Martial Arts Mississauga in Mississauga. Wes and Jesse were both in action. Both boxers put in great performances with intensity and skill, and both earned hard fought wins against very tough opponents! Congrats to both of our boxers! Many thanks to Kombat Arts for putting together another great event and having us be part of it, and thanks as always to the friends and families who came out to cheer us on! 🥊💪🔥
