Looking for something for your child to do on Friday, March 15? Join well-known Jump Fitness instructor Kelsi Graves () for a one-day only March Break Explore IT camp at the Coldwater Community Centre from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Explore IT camp combines fitness, art, science, and outdoor exploration. Campers will receive an Explore It camp swag bag, crafting and art supplies, a LEGO creation kit, and more.

The cost for the one-day camp is $55.00. Campers must be 6 years old on the first day of camp and no older than 9 years old on the first day of camp.

Update January 22: Please observe the posted signs and do not place hockey nets on the ice surface unless the temperature is -10C or less. Warmer temperatures can cause the nets to sink into the ice and create unsafe conditions.

The Washago Community Centre (4361 Hamilton Street) outdoor rink is now open. The cold weather is here and its time to meet up outdoors with friends and family to socialize and stay active. Were looking for 20 people willing to become mentors for youth in schools.

This fall you can contribute by applying to become a school-based mentor. School-based mentoring consists of spending 1 hour a week with a local youth during school hours. You and your mentee would spend the hour participating in activities you both enjoy! Note; the minimum age requirement to become an in school mentor is 18.

The 28th annual Golf for Kids' Sake is coming up and you won't want to miss it!

There is only 10 days to sign up for this highly anticipated event. GFKS 2023 can accommodate more than 70 golfers and all funds raised go directly towards providing no-cost mentoring programs that more than 250 local children and youth take part in annually. Golfers will enjoy 18 holes + cart, a light breakfast, barbeque lunch, access to the raffle, and more!
