A lot of people assume that a group class means “bootcamp” style class.

They think of classes where an instructor is leading, and they are expected to keep to a tempo, and everyone is doing the same thing.

That is typically why people hesitate when they hear group training - because bootcamp style classes are not individualized and don’t take specific needs into account.

In any given class- there are a variety of strengths and needs. Varying experience levels, those who need specific rehab, injuries, chronic pain, newly postpartum, prenatal, anxious clients, and people with different learning styles.

Small group training is

Small.

Catered to the individual always.

Continual assessment, reassessment, and modifications.

Personalized training in a group.

It’s a fantastic way to find a sense of community and still get the benefit of a catered workout.

✨ Yes your older kiddos can come and ride bikes, workout alongside you, or just hang out. Everyone’s welcome! Mamas, grandmas, friends- anyone!

✨ Yes.. babies get upset sometimes. And if it happens- we are all open arms supporting each other to help you get your workout in. Zero judgement here 🥰

✨ Modifications offered for every stage of your postpartum journey- all experience levels welcome. Appropriate for 6 weeks pp +
