The thing about is once you start, you soon forget what life was like before CrossFit.
How you couldn’t do a pull up but now you can do 3.
How you couldn’t do a double under but now you can do 10.
How you couldn’t run without stopping and now you run 400 meters.
How you used to get back pain, and now you can deadlift 100lbs.
Many are worried about being too out of shape to start CrossFit, but we all started there. And you’ll soon forget what that was even like.

CrossFit isn’t a look. It is a mindset.
If we scanned a crowded room to pick out 10 future CrossFitters, we couldn’t do it. There is no physical blueprint for this community.
It doesn’t matter where you start or what you look like; it only matters how you show up.Every single class is a mix of completely different people who share the exact same mindset.
They are all willing to work hard, support each other, and push past their own limits and have fun along the way.
You do not need to get in shape to start. You just need the right attitude.
Don’t think CrossFit is for you? Neither did many of our members before they tried it.

We couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome Lee to the coaching staff!
Lee comes to us with a professional background as a physiotherapist at and a strong gymnastics athletic background.
Lee has been a long time member of the gym as well and is humble and a heck of an athlete.
She’s going to be a great addition to the team, and will just need to work on her name spacing on the whiteboard 🤣🤣🤣

POV: Your gym is packed on Saturday mornings because everyone looks forward to coming to work out instead of dreading it.
POV: seeing first hand that in we only care how hard you try, not how fit you are.
