The City of Orillia Recreation & Youth Services Division is responsible for a variety of recreation, cultural, leisure and youth opportunities, and is instrumental in organizing many sport tourism initiatives. These programs and services preserve and enhance the quality of life for present and future generations. The Recreation & Youth Services Division works with different organizations to identify and fulfill the recreational, cultural and sports, and youth needs of the citizens of Orillia.

If you're 14 or 15 years old, completion of a Youth Fitness Orientation is required before you can access the Fitness Centre. This orientation will teach safe equipment use, fitness centre etiquette, and the fundamentals of building healthy exercise habits.
