Improve all your lifts. If you can think it, we can fix it.

Most people are only focusing on stretching their shoulders Meanwhile they completely ignore the strength, control, and stability needed to actually OWN overhead positions.

That’s why this exercise hits so different 😈✊

If you’re tired of dealing with painful, cranky shoulders in your training…

I’m a sucker for a good 90/90 hip IR exercise, and this one checks ALL the boxes. 🤌

Hip internal rotation is commonly weak and restricted, which is exactly why the 90/90 position can feel so damn uncomfortable.

The good news? You can scale this one to meet your current range and still get a ton out of it.

The 90/90 Internal Press gets you actively working in that deeper hip position instead of just hanging out in a stretch. 💪

Give it a shot before your next squat session and see how those hips feel under the bar.

A good squat warm-up should actually prepare you to SQUAT. 🏋️

That means getting your hips rotating, your ankles moving, and your spine + pelvis working together before you start loading the bar.

These are the 4 areas I hit consistently:
1️⃣ Hip internal rotation
2️⃣ Ankle dorsiflexion
3️⃣ Hip external rotation
4️⃣ Spinal + pelvic coordination

Get them moving. Get them working together. Then go squat something heavy. 💪

If your overhead position feels stiff or pressing leaves your shoulders feeling cranky, give these a shot.

Improving thoracic mobility and lat function can make a massive difference in how comfortable and confident you feel overhead.

Mobility isn’t just about getting deeper. It’s about teaching your body what the hell to do when you get there. 😈

That’s a big focus inside The End Range Program this week.

We’re opening new ranges, then building the awareness, strength, and control to actually OWN them.

This week inside ERP:
✅ Shoulders through flexion, extension + rotation
✅ Hip rotation for better range + control
✅ PAILS/RAILS + eccentrics for stronger ankles
✅ Shoulder CARs for joint awareness + connection
✅ Hip + ankle work building toward a 1:00 deep Squat Hold

This isn’t random mobility work.

It’s 10–15 minutes a day, progressively programmed to complement the training you’re already doing.

And you can jump into ERP at any point—no waiting for a new cycle or catching up.

Most athletes don't think about mobility until something starts hurting.

That was me too.

The biggest shift I made was treating mobility like strength training not rehab.

Train it consistently.

Progress it over time.

Build strength in your end ranges.

Do that, and you're not just chasing pain relief...

You're building a body that keeps showing up, keeps performing, and keeps training for years to come 💪

Your squat warm-up should actually prepare you to squat. 👀

Instead of just trying to feel “loose,” get your hips moving, creating tension, and building control through the ranges you’re about to load.

Try these 4 before your next squat day and see how you feel under the bar. 💪

Save this one for later!

STAY READY. 😈✊

Want to know why I can squat ass to grass? 👀

It’s not just about being “flexible.” It’s about having the range, control, and strength to actually own the bottom of your squat. 💪
