Heal Your Life® Workshops Study Groups and Coaching are based on the principles of the book, “You Can Heal Your Life®”, by Louise L. Hay and have been attended by many thousands of people worldwide. This classic book has sold many millions of copies and been translated into 35 languages. The central message is that when you truly love yourself, everything in your life works. Louise gently guides you through understanding how your thoughts have limited you in the past, and how you can change them and create a wonderful life. Other messages
*what we think about ourselves and life becomes true for us
*what we give out, we get back
*we create our experiences by our thoughts and our feelings
*every thought we think and word we speak is an affirmation
*we can change the thoughts we think
*unexpressed thoughts and emotions can become trapped in the body leading to dis-ease

Part of the challenge is that we give our power away by blaming the past, other people, and difficult events for our frustration. When we learn to step outside the world of blame we can then choose to create peace, harmony, and balance in our minds and that’s what we will find in our lives. Healing Your Heart; 8 Week Grief and Loss Class

Did you know that there are over 60 types of loss that can cause grief? The list includes: death of a loved one, divorce, end or change of a relationship, loss of health, major financial changes, moving, even unrealized hopes, dreams and expectations and many more....

We live in a world that is uncomfortable with uncomfortable emotions. We learn early on how to minimize and suppress our feelings. Most of the information passed on within our society about dealing with grief is intellectual, but grief is the emotional response to loss, so that is not very heart helpful. The Grief Edu-Therapy Program is an educational program with a therapeutic effect. It is an eight week program, which creates a safe environment to explore your beliefs and patterns around grief and loss. Decide which ones have served you well and choose new more heart helpful ones. Are you ready to learn how to move beyond the pain of loss? Wendy Kennedy is a certified Grief Edu-Therapy Specialist. I offer one-on-one and group programs. Please contact me today at [email protected] or message me on Facebook

Living in a military community, the devastating tragedy in Wainwright, Alberta, can feel close to home. 💔

You don’t have to be part of the military or know someone personally for this to bring sadness, fear or memories of your own. You might also feel numb or struggle to take it in. There’s no one way to respond.

If it feels like too much, it’s okay to step away from the news. You can care deeply without following every update. You don’t have to take in the full weight of this all at once.

Let’s be gentle with ourselves and one another. This reaches across families, friendships and communities, and we may not know how someone around us is affected or what they’re carrying.

My love and prayers are with those who lost their lives, those who are injured, their loved ones, their fellow military members, everyone responding, and everyone touched by this in any way. 💜✨💚🙏

Cosmic Weather — October 14–19, 2026

☀️ Sun in Gate 32 — Continuity (Traditional HD) | Endurance (QHD)
🌍 Earth in Gate 42 — Increase (Traditional HD) | Conclusion (QHD)

How do we know when to keep going and when it’s time to let something be complete?

I’ve been thinking about this as I watch autumn unfold.

The trees are changing colour. The leaves are falling. The gardens are winding down.

And yet, there’s still so much life happening.

Some things are finishing. Others are quietly preparing for what’s next.

And I wonder if we sometimes forget that our lives have seasons too.

We aren’t meant to keep everything going forever.

But that doesn’t mean everything that’s difficult is meant to end, either.

This week’s Cosmic Weather brings together Endurance and Conclusion.

And I love how these two work together.

Because sometimes the most loving thing we can do is keep showing up.

And sometimes it’s recognising that something has changed.

The difficult part can be knowing which is which.

Think about something you’ve given a lot of yourself to.

Maybe it’s a relationship.

A friendship.

A business.

A dream you’ve carried for years.

A project you’ve worked so hard on.

Or a way of living that’s been part of your identity for a long time.

You’ve invested your time, your energy, your love.

Maybe you’ve made sacrifices.

Maybe you’ve imagined a future around it.

And perhaps now you’re wondering what comes next.

Do I keep going?

Do I give it more time?

Do I change something?

Or has this part of my life reached a natural conclusion?

Those aren’t always easy questions.

Especially when something matters to us.

Sometimes we hold on because we love something.

Because we remember why we began.

Because we’ve made a promise.

Because we still believe in what’s possible.

And sometimes we hold on because we don’t know who we’ll be without it.

There’s a lot of humanity in that.

Gate 32, traditionally called Continuity and known as Endurance in Quantum Human Design, speaks to recognising what has lasting value.

What deserves our continued care?

What needs time to grow?

What is worth preserving?

Because not everything happens quickly.

Some relationships take time to deepen.

Some dreams take years to become something we can actually live.

Some things need patience, attention and a willingness to keep showing up, even when we can’t see the outcome yet.

Taking longer doesn’t necessarily mean something isn’t working.

But then there’s Gate 42 — Increase, or Conclusion.

And it brings another important question.

What if something has already given us what it came to give?

We can find that difficult to recognise.

Especially when the experience didn’t turn out the way we’d hoped.

I thought this would last.

I thought I’d be further along by now.

I put so much into this.

What if I give up too soon?

And perhaps the most painful one:

Was it all for nothing?

I don’t believe an experience has to last forever to have mattered.

A friendship can change and still have been a beautiful part of our lives.

A job can end and still have helped us grow.

A dream can take a different shape without losing the love that inspired it.

And sometimes we can outgrow the way we’ve been doing something while still caring deeply about why we started.

Maybe what endures isn’t always the thing itself, but what it has grown within us.

In the Gene Keys, Gate 32 moves from Failure through Preservation to Veneration, while Gate 42 moves from Expectation through Detachment to Celebration.

I find something very tender in that combination.

Because the fear of failure can keep us holding on.

And our expectations can make it difficult to recognise the value of an experience that unfolded differently than we’d imagined.

But what if we could look at something and say:

This mattered to me.

I gave it what I could.

It changed me.

And I’m still allowed to choose what happens next.

That doesn’t mean every ending feels good.

Some are heartbreaking.

Some are a relief.

Some are both.

And some take a long time before we can even begin to understand what they meant.

We don’t have to rush ourselves into acceptance.

We don’t have to turn every disappointment into a beautiful lesson.

And we certainly don’t have to celebrate something we’re still grieving.

Perhaps celebration, when we’re ready, is simply being able to honour what was.

Without needing it to have been different.

And I think that’s important.

Because honouring something doesn’t mean we have to keep carrying it in the same way.

Just as choosing to stay doesn’t necessarily mean we’re afraid to leave.

Sometimes endurance is love.

Sometimes conclusion is love.

And sometimes we simply need more time to understand what we’re feeling.

A little somatic practice — How am I holding this?

Find a comfortable place to sit.

Feel your feet on the floor and notice the support beneath you.

Take a moment to notice your breathing.

No need to change anything.

Now gently bring your hands into loose fists.

Not tightly. Just enough to feel what it’s like to hold.

Notice your hands.

Your arms.

Perhaps your shoulders.

And think about something in your life that matters to you.

Something you’ve been carrying, working toward, or trying to keep going.

You don’t need to choose anything overwhelming.

Just something that comes to mind.

Perhaps quietly acknowledge:

There’s a reason I’ve been holding on.

Maybe it’s love.

Hope.

Commitment.

A promise.

A dream.

Or perhaps you’re not quite sure.

Whatever the reason, you don’t need to judge it.

Stay here for another breath.

Now slowly begin to open your hands.

Let your fingers soften.

Perhaps turn your palms upward.

Notice what changes.

You haven’t thrown anything away. You’ve simply changed how you’re holding it.

Maybe you can still care deeply without gripping quite so tightly.

Maybe something needs more patience.

Maybe something needs to change.

Maybe something is ready to be finished.

Or maybe you don’t know yet.

That’s okay.

Let your hands rest comfortably.

Feel the ground beneath your feet again.

And ask yourself:

What am I really hoping to preserve?

Is it the thing itself?

The connection?

The dream?

The feeling it gave me?

The person I was when it began?

Take your time.

And perhaps another question:

What has this experience already given me that I get to keep, regardless of what happens next?

You don’t have to find an answer.

Just notice what comes up.

And when you’re ready, look around the room.

Notice something familiar.

Feel yourself here.

Maybe you don’t have to decide today whether to hold on or let go.

Maybe today you can simply honour how much something has meant to you.

A few questions to sit with this week

You don’t need to answer them all. See which one stays with you.

* What in my life still feels worth nurturing, even if it’s taking longer than I expected?
* Am I still choosing this, or am I simply continuing because I haven’t stopped?
* Is there something I’m holding onto because I’m afraid of what ending it might mean?
* What am I expecting this experience to become, and can I appreciate what it has already been?
* What deserves more of my care, and what might be ready for a different kind of relationship?

As I watch the autumn leaves fall, I’m reminded that the tree doesn’t lose everything it has grown.

There’s still life within it.

Still something being carried forward.

And another season will come.

Perhaps we’re a little like that too.

We carry our experiences with us.

The love.

The memories.

The wisdom.

The ways we’ve changed.

And we get to decide, as life unfolds, what still needs our energy and what we’re ready to honour as complete.

Not everything we’ve loved needs to last forever for it to have mattered.

And not everything that’s taking time needs to be abandoned.

Perhaps the invitation of Endurance and Conclusion is to become a little more curious about the difference.

So I’ll leave you with this:

What deserves your continued care, and what can you honour without needing to hold onto it forever?

You May Not Call It Grief—You Just Know Life Has Changed.

Have you been through something that changed your life, but you don’t necessarily think of yourself as grieving?

Maybe a relationship ended. Your health, family or work changed. You lost a role that once shaped your life, or the future you expected didn’t happen. Perhaps you simply feel stuck, lost or unsure how to find your way forward.

Grief does not only follow a death, and it does not always look the way we expect it to.

I’m opening a small number of spaces for the Founding Round of my eight-week private Grief Coaching program.

These will be weekly, one-to-one sessions held in person in Oromocto. Because the sessions build upon one another, I’m looking for people who feel ready to commit to the full eight weeks.

Grief coaching is not therapy, and it is not about fixing you or asking you to get over what happened. It is a future-focused space where we can honour what you are carrying, explore what may be keeping you stuck and gently reconnect you with yourself, your own wisdom and the life that is still unfolding.

This work makes room for grieving and living—not one or the other.

For this first round, I’m offering the program at a reduced introductory rate. At the end of our eight weeks together, I’ll invite your honest feedback, which will help me shape future offerings.

For those who may not know my background, this is not the beginning of my work with grief. The Certified Grief Coach training I recently completed was available only to those who had already completed David Kessler’s Grief Educator training. I have also trained in the Grief Recovery Method and Grief Edu-Therapy, have supported people through both groups and one-to-one sessions, and am a Grief Reiki Trainer. This latest training adds another meaningful approach to the work I already offer.

If something in this speaks to you, please send me a private message. We can have a conversation about what you are experiencing and whether this feels like the right support for you—without any pressure to commit. 💗

A little piece of news I haven’t shared yet… 💖

Last month, I successfully completed the Certified Grief Coach program created in collaboration with grief expert David Kessler and Master Coach Nancy Levin.

Grief support has already been an important part of my work, so this isn’t the beginning of something entirely new. It adds another meaningful layer to the ways I can walk alongside people through loss, change and the uncertainty of what comes next.

Not everyone recognizes what they are carrying as grief. 💜

Sometimes it feels like being stuck, lost or no longer quite yourself. It can follow a death, the end of a relationship, changes in health or family, the loss of a familiar role, or a life that looks very different from the one you imagined.

Grief coaching isn’t about fixing you, getting over what happened or leaving anything meaningful behind. It is about meeting you where you are and supporting you as you reconnect with yourself, your own wisdom and the life that is still unfolding.

Grief is not something we finish. Grieving fully and living fully are not opposites. There is room for both. 💗

💗 Happy 100th Birthday, Louise Hay! 💗

Today I’m feeling especially grateful for Louise and the teachings she shared with the world.

Her work has been part of my own journey for many years, reminding me that the relationship we have with ourselves matters, that our beliefs can change, and that it’s never too late to begin treating ourselves with more love and compassion.

I’m so happy to be bringing this work back into my community. 💗

Beginning Monday, November 2, I’ll be offering Love Yourself, Heal Your Life® — a 6-Week Self-Love Study Group at OverJoyed Coaching in Oromocto.

We’ll meet Mondays from 6:30–8:30 PM, exploring Louise’s teachings together in a small, supportive group of just seven participants.

Choose-your-price options are available.

Thank you, Louise, for the love, wisdom, and possibilities you helped so many of us discover. Your work continues to touch lives. 💗
