Some days it’s easier than others, but thank your body!

I know we often look at ourselves and it’s easy to pick out the things we would like to change. But lately I’m trying to look at my self each day and give my body thanks.

I’m thankful for my bodies ability to facilitate movement, I’m thankful it allows for me to express myself, I’m thankful that each day it works as hard for me as I work for it, I’m thankful that one day it will provide me a family, I’m thankful that I can continue to use it as a tool to share my gifts.

Try thanking your body today, for all it’s done and continues to do for you!

Abs and some arms 💪🏼

This exercise does not require the use of the ball, we add it in as a little aid to get the movement and alignment clear!

Keep those elbows lifted, a nice proud chest, and remember shoulders down.

Feel the burn!!

One of our favourite class props, the toning ball!

A little different than a traditional hand weight, these bad boys fit perfectly in your hand.

They are also able to be used with other areas of the body... tuck these bad boys behind the knee and add some extra work for the hamstring.

Our favourites are from we couldn’t live without them!

A little snippet of live class. Oh baby, I love this exercise. There are SO many amazing variations and additions to this burner!

Remember to keep applying pressure with the knees into the ball, get those adductors working. Weight in your big toes. Think long straight spine!

Isn’t that the truth!

I’ve never been one for New Years resolutions. Not because I’m afraid I won’t keep them, but because I believe in continued growth and development.

New year, new you... Why?! I like me. That’s why our programs focus on amplifying the person you already are!

Everyone has goals that are sparked around improving themselves. Remember, nothing will work unless you do!

Every body is different and everybody is different. Celebrate that! Instead of feeling the need to be a “new you”, amplify the you that you already are! Goals are important but recognizing them and setting them simply because it’s a new year could be a set up for disappointment.

Be you, amplify you!
