🔥1PM - Effortless Spin Tricks (75min)
In this spin pole workshop, you’ll build up to a spinning trick combo with tips and techniques on how to transition, enter, and exit each trick. You’ll learn how to create smooth and fluid transitions with control on spin, finesse your lines, and dive into a deeper sense of embodiment to make your tricks look effortless. You can expect a progressive, step-by-step approach with a variety of options to choose from that are suitable for your level and preference.
❗Pre-requisites: Higher Level 2 and up. Climb and Jasmine on spin. Bonus: Outside & Inside Leg Hang.
🔥2:30PM Fembody Flow (90min)
EMBODY YOUR FEMININITY in this sensual heels choreography workshop. You’ll learn one of Kiana’s signature choreos and encourage you to explore your own version of feminine expression, connection, and embodiment. This workshop includes:
💗Detailed breakdowns of the choreography’s main elements, emphasizing technique and movement quality throughout.
💗Technique-focused cueing to ensure safety.
💗Explanations to improve lines and overall flow.

A little bit about Kiana KIANA NG | POLE INSTRUCTOR : She is the founder of fEMBODY, a global movement brand dedicated to empowering the feminine. Through sold-out shows, international retreats, and her virtual platform fEMBODY Studio, she has built a space where artistry, sensuality, and embodiment intersect.
With over a decade of experience in the gymnastics and yoga world before transitioning into pole, Kiana has been teaching movement since the age of 14 and now leads workshops across Canada and internationally. As both a competitive and professional performer, she has taken the stage at shows across Canada, performed alongside artist Valiant, and earned medals at various competitions.
