WHEN: 6:30 registration and tea time....7pm workout session and 8pm shake time baby

What do you need? Mainly a yoga mat but if you want bring resistance bands and small weights

How much? first time free, 10 session, or 50 a monthly fee. Children under 13 free

Hi Everyone I am coach Big Mama aka Coach Miranda
i am am almost 40 with a 8 year old son, 2 bonus daughters and 3 bonus grandchildren. i fell in love with working-out in 2020 btu struggle doing it alone, so when i got the chance to start the Dream Team fitness community I jumped on it. I love working on myself while helping others. I have lost 20lbs and a s**t ton of inches, changed my mindset to be more of happy positive person.
I like forward to working on myself this summer and helping others do the same

What do you need?
Yoga mat, resistance bands and small weights if you want to challenge your self more

What will you get?
A loaded tea before the work out begins, it will help keep you hydrated and help with mucsle cramping.
A warm up, workout and cool down session
A shake after wards that will help soothe and rebuild your muscles.

woot woot 43 Days until we are back in the field over the next few weeks I will be introducing the coaches for this season. We look forward to working out with you all this season :)
