Solina Boot Camp, Small Group Training and Pound Fitness registration is set to start this Wednesday!

I am extremely excited for this next round as new ideas and programs are being offered and a bigger space by moving evening sessions to MJ Hobbs!

The support of this community is second to none and I am truly grateful.

I do what I do for the love of helping women feel better everyday, build strength and most importantly, confidence.

While registration for the fall series was set to begin this Wednesday, the forms have been uploaded to my website and are now ready for you to complete and forward with your deposit to secure your spots. They are limited and are based on a first come, first serve basis.
