TCT Adults is for the people who are done with random workouts.
Who actually want to train.
Who’ve written their own program twice and bailed both times by week six.
The standard: show up, do the work, leave proud.
Don’t let the time pass just sitting there.
50 minutes. Five blocks.
Twelve people per class, max.

I write every workout on a four-week cycle, then watch every rep.
Schedule, all at 6:15 PM:
Monday — Women’s only
Tuesday — Co-ed
Wednesday — Men’s only

We built a youth program. Here it is.
The TCT Academy.
Athletic training for athletes 12–20.
Programmed for sport.
Built for the hockey player who needs a stronger first stride. The lacrosse kid chasing size and speed. The soccer player who wants a harder shot.
Any athlete who wants to do this the right way.
50 minutes. Five blocks.
Warm-up, nervous system, power & strength, conditioning, cool down.
Twelve athletes per class, max.
I wrote the program. I coach every session.
Monday–Thursday, 4 or 5 PM after school.
Train one to four nights a week.

This post is for both, parents and coaches.
Training this age group can either be a nightmare, or a terrific learning experience.
If you give them instruction, and ask them to repeat it - it often goes better, and the time is enjoyed by everyone involved (rather than having to stop and discipline).
As soon as you give them time to start thinking about being silly, you’ve already lost.
The best kids coach are the FOCUSED ones, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have fun along the way.
