Junior Golf Camp Registration Now Open!

Well, that’s the finale!! We did it!! Week 6 of the Junior Golf Camp is officially complete! We want to give a huge congratulations to our tournament winner Jack, with a score of 39!! 🏆Amazing job!! We also want to give a huge congratulations to our Ace in the Hole winner, Madison,🎖️for her excellence with patience, respect, sportspersonship, and demonstrating leadership all around! The campers went home with a huge toolkit of resources, as always, that brought upon a bundle of life lessons, as well as golf lessons that are very beneficial!! Because golf attire is crucial, we decided to create “The Best Dressed” golfers, which were awarded from 1st to 6th, and each of the winners got a ribbon of successful achievement, for their amazing wardrobe choices!! The trip to the greenskeeper was very enlightening, not only because the campers each got to have a turn using the spreader for “fertilizing”, but they also got to have some fun in the sun, running through the sprinklers, as well as using their best hand and eye coordination to winning our Golf Ball Rolling Challenge! The campers as well, got to have their spotlight moment, but getting to have a seat on the different machinery, that the greenskeeper Darrin enhanced the campers’ knowledge about each of the cool ones in the shop!! There were many best drives, chippers, and putters of course! Teamwork makes the dream work! Week 6 was most certainly the most memorable and exciting week of all, because how of how the campers all learned a game of lessons for the finish line!! What a rush week 5 was!! The Junior Golf Camp was another amazing shot!! Lots of excellent achievements from our tournament winners Kaden & Henry, with a score of 37!! Lots of golf terminology was given to the campers and life lessons/skills!! Etiquette, Safety, Honesty, Perseverance, Teamwork etc., are all crucial components of golf! The campers learned how to fix divots in the ground, how to swing properly holding their club, and all about the importance of a good stretch before the game! Lots of caddying was present and demonstrated, especially for our youngins!! Always give a helping hand!! The trip to the greenskeeper was an overall no. 1 experience!! As always, the campers got their pictures on the different machines, and got to learn all about the different tools that are used on the grounds and greens of the golf course, like a pick axe!! The rules of golf and a small trivia game at snack time demonstrated to our campers the importance of the sport, and the history behind the sport! The campers as always, took home a toolkit of beneficial resources that will aid in their overall development with golf and other life skills! What a hole in one, for the Week 4 Junior Golf Camp! All of our campers learned about different golf tools with swinging, gripping and even arm momentum when hitting the ball! Congratulations to our 2 tournament winners, with a score of 37, Blake & Mitchell! 🏆 We also want to give a huge congratulations, to our “Ace in the Hole” winner, Aislynn, for this big achievement!🎖️ Aislynn was most dedicated to the sport of golf, portrayed perseverance and was the ace for being most perfect role model for all the campers - her contagious amount of kindness and respect rubbed off on all of the instructors for sure! The campers went home with some food for thought, about the sport golf, or more so the title, with this little analogy. G= Game O=Of L= Lessons F= For the Finish Line ⛳️ This analogy was most definitely demonstrated throughout all of our campers with their on-going development and hard work each day! Week 3 of the Junior Golf Camp was extraordinary, and adventurous! All of our campers, went home, with a very in-depth toolbox kit of resources, all about the importance of golf skills, and overall interpersonal development, Such lessons were: Respect, Etiquette, Safety, Perseverance and Teamwork! One of our special supervisors Arianna V, offered up a special new award in honour of Mario Veltri, who was the previous owner - which is called the ”Ace in The Hole”! The camper that was awarded this amazing achievement, was Connor W, ⛳️🎖️who demonstrated excellence in showing sportspersonship, demonstrating: generosity, dedication, kindness, patience, and an overall amazing golf athlete on the green, and with each and every one of their teammates! We congratulate our tournament winner, Mason M, 🏆with a score of 36!! This week’s schedule consisted of fun, laughter, skills, life lessons, fun in the sun, and golf selfies all around!! Week 2 of the Junior Golf Camp went out with a bang!! Nicholas H, is our tournament winner, lots of fun in the sun & sprinklers, a very fun trip to the greenskeeper, Darrin - getting to sit on the machinery that is used to manicure the grass is very award winning, as well as fertilizing the grass! There is never a dull day when taking selfies with the kids, or catching the kids socially interact with one another in action!
