November 7, 8 & 9, 2025 — the incredible Capital Conquest event returns to the Ottawa-Gatineau region under the leadership of Hanshi John Therien! This world-class martial arts gathering is a chance for kids, teens, and adults to explore, train, and discover new skills alongside top-level instructors and martial artists from around the world.

If you want your child to step out of their comfort zone, try different styles, build confidence, and be inspired by champions — this is the moment. Whether they train for a day or the full weekend, they’ll:
• Train alongside peers of all ranks and ages
• Experience techniques and styles beyond their regular class
