SPEED TRAINING PROGRAM FOR GIRLS with Christine & Maria!

We are back this off season for more speed training with focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, & performance. Our first session will be every Monday in May. Here are the details:

Where: Immaculata High School
Start Date: Monday, May 4th
End Date: May 25th
Duration: 4 sessions
Time: 5:30-6:30pm
Who: open to all female athletes, aged 13+
Early sign up cost: $100 per athlete
Signups after May 1: $120 per athletes

Spots are LIMITED so make sure to get your spot reserved quick! To register, DM either of us and we will share the waiver to sign in order to participate!

Our staff brings together a wealth of experience in youth development, sport leadership, community engagement, and event management. United by a shared commitment to opportunity and excellence, this team works tirelessly to ensure that NCASC continues celebrating and supporting youth in Eastern Ontario.

From planning events and coordinating logistics to building partnerships and supporting athletes, their collective effort helps make NCASC more than just a showcase—it’s a platform for growth, recognition, and community impact.

Basketball has given me more than I could put into words. I’ve seen how powerful sport can be in building friendships, strength, leadership, confidence, and resilience - on and off the court.
