hypercube H2O will be heading up to Ottawa soon to teach a class. If you're interested in attending, now is a perfect time to reach out so plans can be made asap.
If you're already certified and want to join to use the pool for practice let us know! There should be extra space for additional divers.
There is no set plan yet since it will be based on the number of students and divers who respond.

Just wanted to announce that I have new class launching on the 15th.
With this class you’ll learn how to strengthen your diaphragm to help improve your breathing and overall health.

I will be in the Ottawa area for Freediving certification. My program is a 5-day course so, the earlier you start the better! Academics is done online via zoom, not in person in Ottawa.
