Join Arboretum Hill Club THIS Friday 6:29am at Dominion Arboretum Hill summit as .ca leads us through our FIRST EVER jump rope workout. No need to bring a jump rope (unless you have a fav ... & WHO doesn’t have a fav?) since .jumps will have plenty on hand.

And don’t you worry ... we got hills too. But not at the same time as jump ropes. One or the other. Not both, k?

Check us out on ’s app! This is where you’ll be able to register for our summer classes. Due to the current reopening plan in Ontario, classes will unfortunately not be taking place in person until probably August. However, we’ll be offering the same content virtually until then. All you need is a jump rope which you can purchase directly from ((Also since it’s virtual, you don’t have to be in the Ottawa area to sign-up!!))
