🧐Why don’t we focus on weight loss?!
❌That number on the scale does NOT equate to health.
💪🏻We focus on building lean muscle mass, decreasing visceral fat, getting strong, moving better and being resilient.
☝🏻It is important to understand that our focus in all our phases includes
➡️Educating our members on different health metrics and navigating what they mean in a safe environment.
➡️Giving members the tools and guidance to achieve all your goals. If this phase isn’t your main focus right now, simply set up an Rx appointment to adjust your routine!

Espresso as a natural alternative to pre-workout

Our in-studio classes are back at 50% capacity.
For all of our in-studio addicts (you know who you are), be ready to get back into the swing of things. As always, the health & safety of our members is our top priority & all provincial mandates will be observed.
For those who are still uncomfortable with resuming in-person classes - we COMPLETELY understand. We want to meet you wherever you're comfortable, that's why we will continue to offer our LF3 LIVE & LF3 GO On-Demand sessions. It's the beauty of our hybrid training system!

Get ready for weeks 4 & 5!! Isometrics!
Here is everything you need to know for the next two weeks. Something I always do is keep a set of lighter weights so I can start the iso with a light weight and focus on intention and then grab heavier weights after the hold.
For everyone doing specialty classes, our upper sculpt and b***y builders are aligned with this phase as well. Expect some extra burn in those classes 🔥
