A gym is for EVERY body. 💪🏽💚💙
There’s been a lot of conversation lately about what women should or shouldn’t wear to the gym. Here’s where we stand: you are welcome here, exactly as you are.
Wear the leggings. Wear the short shorts. Wear the oversized T-shirt. Wear the hijab. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and authentically YOU.
You don’t owe anyone an explanation for what you wear, and you shouldn’t have to think twice about whether you belong in a space that’s meant to help you feel stronger.
Our goal is simple: show up, get your workout in, have some fun, and leave feeling good knowing you did something for yourself today. Some days, that means hitting a new PR. Other days, it means simply getting through the door. Both count. 👊🏽
We’re here to build strength, build community, encourage one another, and have fun doing it — all while treating each other with respect.
Come as you are. Lift how you want. Be yourself. You belong here.
Because the gym isn’t a runway, a dress code debate, or a place to police someone else’s body. It’s a place to show up for yourself and support the people around you.
See you at USC!
