Behind every athlete who learns, competes, leads and grows is a coach who keeps showing up.

They teach more than routes, reads and assignments. They build confidence, create belonging and help athletes see what they are capable of sometimes before the athlete can see it themselves.

Across OWF’s programming, our coaches give their time, share their knowledge and continue learning alongside their athletes.

The OWF Fall Women’s League is bringing competitive 5v5 flag football to the turf on Monday nights!

📅 September 14 – October 19
📍 Algonquin College — Z Building | Turf fields
🏈 6 games + playoffs
💵 Individual and team registration available

One night a week. Plenty to play for.
