On June 7, 2026, the Canadian Handball Academy (CHA) was delighted to take part in Sports 200, a community event celebrating sport, physical activity, and community spirit in Ottawa.

A big thank you to the Ottawa Sport Council, the City of Ottawa’s Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services, and Ottawa 200 for organizing this wonderful initiative. 🙌

It was a great opportunity to introduce handball to new participants and share our passion for the sport.

Le 7 juin 2026, l’Académie Canadienne de Handball a eu le plaisir de participer à Sports 200, un événement rassembleur célébrant le sport, l’activité physique et la communauté à Ottawa.

Merci au Conseil du sport d’Ottawa, aux Services des loisirs, de la culture et des installations de la Ville d’Ottawa et à Ottawa 200 pour l’organisation de cette belle initiative. 🙌

Ce fut une excellente occasion de faire découvrir le handball et de partager notre passion à de nouveaux participants.

Notre équipe adulte de l’Académie Canadienne de Handball a fièrement représenté Ottawa lors du tournoi de handball à Montréal 💪
De l’intensité, de la cohésion, du dépassement de soi, et surtout énormément de passion sur le terrain ! Grâce à leur engagement et leur esprit d’équipe, nos joueurs ont réalisé une superbe performance en terminant à la 1re place du tournoi 🥇🏆
Félicitations à toute l’équipe pour ce résultat remarquable et pour avoir porté haut les couleurs de l’Académie tout au long de la compétition 👏

Our adult team from the Canadian Handball Academy proudly represented Ottawa at the handball tournament in Montreal 💪
There was intensity, teamwork, determination, and above all, a lot of passion on the court! Thanks to their commitment and team spirit, our players delivered an excellent performance and finished 1st in the tournament 🥇🏆
Congratulations to the entire team on this remarkable achievement and for proudly representing the Academy throughout the competition 👏
