An Attitude Of Gratitude: This week's Inner Hero success lesson. What are the things and people in our life that we are thankful for. While feeling this positive (noble) emotion, we’re not angry, anxious, or depressed. I’m asking our students: What’s one thing (big or small) you’re thankful for today and why? If it’s something someone did or said that was appreciated then tell that person (mom, dad, friend, teacher, etc.).
I’m personally so very grateful for all our dedicated students (Budo Heroes) who stuck by us during this pandemic. Through the lockdowns, limits on indoor attendance, adjusting to Zoom online classes, and our outdoor summer classes at Vincent Massey Park. Thank You!
