After a great first week of learning, making new friends, and enjoying new experiences, we wrapped up the week by celebrating our first Students of the Week of Summer 2026! 🎉

Today, we recognized these students for their participation, effort, teamwork, kindness, enthusiasm, and positive attitude in class. Chosen by their teachers, they set a great example both in and out of the classroom.

Classes at Destination Canada are officially underway! 🇨🇦📚

This week, our students started their English language learning experience. After being placed into classes based on their age and English level, the students are learning, making new friends, and enjoying their first week at camp.

Today, we also welcomed another student from France, bringing us one step closer to a full camp. 🇫🇷

Over the past two days, we have welcomed even more students from Mexico, Germany, Colombia, Poland and French-Canadians from Quebec! 🇲🇽🇩🇪🇨🇴🇵🇱🇨🇦

This weekend was full of adventure! Students discovered Canadian wildlife during while visiting Park Omega, they explored Canada’s capital city of Ottawa, and visited Ottawa’s fascinating national museums. 🦌🏛️🍁

Only a few more student arrivals remaining! We look forward to having everyone together as we all enjoy another incredible summer of learning, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

We’re excited to launch the 46th year of our International Summer Camp— a program that brings students from around the world together to improve their English, build lifelong friendships, and experience Canadian culture firsthand. 🎉

This summer, we’re delighted to welcome 315 incredible students to Canada’s capital city!

Over the past two days, we’ve welcomed our first arrivals from Mexico, Brazil, France, South Korea, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Spain, Italy, and Lithuania. 🇲🇽🇧🇷🇫🇷🇰🇷🇧🇪🇩🇪🇩🇰🇦🇹🇪🇸🇮🇹🇱🇹

The excitement is just beginning, with many more students arriving in the coming days.

We can’t wait to give all of students a summer filled with active learning, unforgettable adventures, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Last night, we celebrated another group of students as they completed their English program. We’re so proud of their hard work, growth, and the friendships they’ve built along the way.

The 45th annual Staff vs. Students soccer game brought the energy once again! For the second year in a row, the staff took the win with a final score of 1–0!! What a match! ⚽️

Hats off to the students for their impressive effort and sportsmanship. A big thank you to everyone cheering from the sidelines! 👏

The 2025 Olympic Games at Destination Canada were an unforgettable highlight of the summer!

From epic chants to wild cheers and creative costumes, every student gave it their all in the competition. The team spirit was off the charts, and best of all, everyone had a blast! ☀️🙌
