I cannot stress how much being flexible is important when it comes sports, I know yoga might not be everyoneโs cup of tea but from personal experience and doing it once a week it has enhanced my physical abilities/performance and makes me feel better physically everyday, practicing yoga and mindfulness at the same time help with the mind, body and spirit

The Inuuqatigiit Sport Program will be starting back up January 31st! We would like to have you come and join us , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

For todays exercise, something to do with your own bodyweight and no extra weights needed (only from around the house).
This is the Beginner Bodyweight Workout (3 Circuits):
