The Inuuqatigiit Sport Program will be starting back up January 31st! We would like to have you come and join us , Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

We are at 235 Donald street and ready to play. This month we will be playing Ice hockey/ball hockey on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Thursdays you decide!

For todays exercise, something to do with your own bodyweight and no extra weights needed (only from around the house).

This is the Beginner Bodyweight Workout (3 Circuits):
โ€ข 20 Bodyweight squats.
โ€ข 10 Push-ups.
โ€ข 10 Walking lunges (each leg).
โ€ข 10 Dumbbell rows (use a milk jug or other weight).
โ€ข 15 Second Plank.
